Stem7 Executive Search has partnered with a leading sell-side advisory platform focused on the Energy Transition and Sustainability verticals. The company is seeking an Associate to join their Milan office, contributing to the success of their mission.

The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 6 years of experience in M&A, having worked across either Renewable Energy, Digital Infrastructure, Energy Transition or the wider Infrastructure space. Exposure to Debt Advisory or Project Finance is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing strategic transactions
• Develop expertise in energy transition and sustainability sectors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in M&A
• Experience in Renewable Energy, Digital Infrastructure, Energy Transition, or Infrastructure
• Debt Advisory or Project Finance exposure
