Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate and Fund Controller Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the financial integrity and performance of investment funds. The ideal candidate will support the Head of Funds Accounting and other staff functions, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and providing accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capturing capital activities such as subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions.
• Tracking and reconciling investment activities.
• Generating investor statements and reports.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external use.
• Supporting year-end audit and tax reporting requests, collaborating closely with clients and auditors.
• Managing fund models and overseeing fund and asset level cashflow planning and budgeting processes.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records, reconciling bank accounts, investment portfolios, and other financial transactions.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Qualifications:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the financial services or investment management industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with closed-ended funds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
