Directly reporting to the CFO EMEA, the Manager Controlling provides global financial planning and analysis to support continued profit and productivity improvement for the HFG business. This role is a key partner with business unit leaders and senior managers across all locations and functions through management and delivery of financial reporting and analysis initiatives.

1. Assists in the preparation of the monthly forecast and Quarterly Business Review for all functional areas.
2. Works in close relationship with the manager accounting to ensure a solid closing process for the assigned legal entities.
3. Participates in the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modelling, consolidation, analysis and presentation preparation.
4. Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management decisions.
5. Monitors orders, sales and profit against the targets on a weekly basis.
6. Updates cost and expense trend reports, and analyses variations ensuring alignment with the forecast.
7. Leads the design, development and maintenance of all internal Controlling Reports for the supported regions.
8. Responsible for Working Capital and department spending analysis.
9. Extracts financial data from various finance and information systems as required.
10. Future SAP Key user for the SAP integration.
11. Establishes controlling standards regarding controlling reporting and analysis for the supported region.
12. Advises the EMEA CFO immediately of all issues, delays, errors, irregularities or significant adjustments or journal entries as they occur.

Competenze ed esperienza

1. Experience with PC and ERP system usage - SAP mandatory.
2. Excellent computer and technological skills, including high proficiency in ONESTREAM Finance Management and Microsoft Office Applications mandatory; Excel strong use and knowledge (data mining).
3. Experience in preparing, analyzing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements in a global environment, global manufacturing preferred.
4. Successful FPA Management experience is required, in manufacturing and/or medical devices industry.
5. Advanced PC/ERP (SAP) /ONESTREAM experience (Implementation project).
6. Advanced commercial insight and strong business partnering experience.
7. Advanced manufacturing insight and industrial cost knowledge.
8. Italian and English fluency mandatory; other languages a plus.

Annual Gross Salary: 80.000€- 95.000€ + company car + variable bonus.
