Control Software development engineer

The new colleague will develop and test control functions for Electronic Control Units in automotive applications, using a “Model Based Design” approach and HW-In-the-Loop (HIL) tool.

Position Responsibilities

1. Work in a small team of smart and dedicated people, including calibration and HW engineers, and participate at specifications definition.
2. Ensure that product quality is designed and maintained, with use of R&D procedures & tools.
3. Develop models using MATLAB & Simulink and validate with Model-In-The-Loop.
4. Generate SW using Embedded Coder or Target link, and validate with Software-In-the-Loop (SIL).
5. Set up the test bench and define manual and automatic test cases for each application to be tested on Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL).
6. Participate at the system validation on real application.

Requirements

1. Master of Science degree in mechatronic engineering or electronic engineering or computer science, mathematics, physics.
2. Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink tool.
3. Experience in embedded software development, preferably in the automotive sectors, using a model-based approach is a plus.
4. Knowledge of MS Office.
5. Good spoken and written English.
