Project Nature (T26):

1. Team leader of helpdesk support and system maintenance
2. Manage IT projects in system upgrade and implementation
3. IT Procurement
4. Evaluation of IT technology

Duties:

1. Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CAD
2. Lead a team of 4-5 IT Analysts for system and helpdesk support
3. Manage IT projects in compliance with PMP and ISO standards
4. Ensure all IT systems comply with stringent IT security standards
5. Assist IT Manager with departmental IT planning
6. Liaise with Government contractors/suppliers for software and hardware evaluation
7. On-call duty after office hours is required

Requirements:

Degree: Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Technical Skills:

1. At least 4 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM)
2. At least 4 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12)
3. At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT)
4. At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS)
5. At least 1 year's experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM)

Non-technical Skills:

1. At least 3 years' experience working with the Government (GOV)
2. At least 1 year's experience in project management (PRM)
3. 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage
4. 1 year's experience in quality audit under CMMI or ISO (QAT) is an advantage

Education: Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent

Experience: At least 5 years' post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
