Il Contract Support – Assistente di Commessa è una figura cardine del gruppo di lavoro dedicato ad uno specifico cliente/progetto che, nell’ambito del gruppo di lavoro assegnato alla commessa, supporta il responsabile nella gestione di tutte le attività quotidiane, garantendo la costante connessione con tutte le funzioni centrali (HR, Finance, EHS).

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Accreditation or degree from a two-year program with emphasis in accounting or finance required plus a minimum of one year accounting or finance experience required. Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES: None
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE: Requires basic knowledge of accounting terms.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and solve basic problems in standard and non-standard situations.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and procedures.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
