Project Nature (T26)

1. Project management for outsource application development projects;
2. Cyber security management;
3. IT security management with compliance to ISO 27001 and OGCIO security policy;
4. IT procurement

Duties

1. Manage and supervise a pool of outsourced system analysts, analysts programmers, and programmers for outsource application development projects.
2. Manage and supervise a pool of outsourced system analysts, analysts programmers, and programmers for maintenance of ISO 27001.
3. Oversee the Cyber security for data network.
4. Oversee ICT security for the compliance of OGCIO’s IT security policy and lead the Information Security Compliance Audit by OGCIO.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Information Technology/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 10 years of IT experience.
3. At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity to the post of IT Manager.
4. At least 6 years of experience in IT project management in application development/network infrastructure.
5. Familiar with OGCIO guidelines on IT security and ISO standard(s) related to Information Technology.

Technical Skills

1. At least 3 years' experience in Information Security Management (ISM).
2. At least 3 years' experience in IT Security (ITS).

Non-technical Skills

1. At least 3 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT).
2. At least 3 years' experience in project management (PRM).
3. At least 3 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO).
4. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
