In this role you will:

1. Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
2. Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers;
3. Manage and support process improvement projects;
4. Implement and monitor KPIs;
5. Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
6. Manage continuous improvement opportunities and address necessary actions;
7. Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
2. At least 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
3. Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis, and performance measurement;
4. Good knowledge of English;
5. Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
6. Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
7. Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement.
