Are you a Content Creator and Social Media Manager with skills in Video Making and would like to join our team full-time? The ideal candidate has experience creating original, engaging content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), managing social strategies, and producing videos that effectively communicate our brand and captivate our audience.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2-3 years in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Video Making, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong knowledge of main social platforms and their dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Ability to design and develop social media strategies aligned with the brand identity.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and analyze content performance.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for managing communications in an international context.
• Attitude: Creativity, autonomy, and proactivity in generating new ideas, with a strong ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creation, publication, and management of content for all company social media platforms.
• Planning and developing a social media editorial calendar, with attention to industry trends.
• Designing and producing promotional videos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content to attract attention and tell the brand story.
• Monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize engagement.
