We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join us for our next stage of growth. As a Consultant in our team you will:

• Work as part of a team across a wide range of energy and sustainability engagements.
• Gather, interpret, and use legislative and regulatory texts to develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Conduct research and contribute to client reports.
• Participate in client meetings and present regulatory insights to a wide range of audiences.
• Contribute to AFRY thought leadership and to the firm’s growth.
• Support senior colleagues in pitch and proposal preparation.

Your profile

• You are highly motivated and passionate about the energy transition and sustainability.
• You have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in energy consulting or industry.
• You are educated to MSc level with a degree in Economics, Law, Political Sciences with distinction (≥ 105/110 or equivalent).
• You are detail-oriented and have an analytical mind, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and effective way.
• You have an excellent understanding of energy sector policy and regulation.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are proficient in both Italian and English.
• You will be operating in a commercial environment against budgets and deadlines, so you will need to be a motivated self-starter, who is proactive and has a business-oriented mindset.
• Virtually all the work we do requires teamwork, within projects, offices, and internationally. If you are empathetic and enjoy working effectively with others, you will fit in well.
