Through our solar division, we operate in the development, investment, construction, and operation of photovoltaic plants and the supply of green electricity and advanced energy solutions for our customers in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany, and Poland).

Mission

In order to strengthen our Construction team, the Project Manager will be responsible for:

1. Schedule and budget compliance of the projects under her/his responsibility.
2. EPC and PPA Contract Management.
3. Suppliers and contractors’ contract management.
4. Main equipment delivered on time according to the working schedule.
5. HSEQ compliance policies in the projects.
6. Participating in the purchasing procedures and definitions of needs.
7. Leading the contractors & subcontractors’ relations.
8. Projects invoice verification and approval.
9. Leading on-site meetings.
10. Ensuring projects are in accordance with the permits.
11. Ensuring proper O&M handover.
12. Ensuring projects comply with technical specifications.
13. Responsible for weekly reports (construction progress report, inventory checklist, HSEQ report, machinery list…)
14. Ensuring tests, trials, and operations prior to acceptance of the works in accordance with the Urbasolar QAP.
15. Participating in the improvement of processes and in technical monitoring.
16. Participating in the development of backlog projects.
17. Reporting any hazards and risks that appear during the construction phase.

Profil

You have an engineering university degree (civil, electrical or similar) to a master’s degree and have +5 years of experience in project management during construction (preferably photovoltaic).

English and Italian are mandatory. Good technical knowledge in photovoltaic, electricity, and building, carpentry. PMI preferred.

As a true conductor, you will be responsible for the proper conduct of the projects. You are rigorous, autonomous, and have a sense of responsibility.

You will be required to be 50% of your time on-site and to travel where the projects are located, including internationally if needed.

Position to be filled immediately on a permanent basis.
