We're seeking a dynamic manager with interest in media and public affairs who will play a crucial and leading role in Italy, helping Glovo to enhance and protect its reputation.
Reporting to the Head of Public Affairs and Government Relations, the Comms Manager will be based in Rome/Milan.
Study: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in corporate, crisis management (in-house/agency) with an in-depth understanding of the Italian media landscape and challenges. Tech knowledge/experience is a plus.
Team working: support and leverage Government Relations and Impact & Sustainability/CSR projects and activities and coordination with the PR Global Team (HQ).
Proactive attitude: a doer mentality with the ability to get involved, stay informed and drive impact outcomes inside and outside the organization.
Business mindset: experience in understanding business dynamics & drivers. Work on cross-functional projects related to the different areas of the business.
Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Italian native, English proficiency.
