Description

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Commissioning Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Naples, Italy.

Mission

1. Plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project in support of the Project Engineer ensuring application of the project’s strategy and compliance with standards, local regulations and professional standards.
2. Coordinate the T&C team.
3. Collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied on field.

Accountabilities

• Ensure the definition of the commissioning strategy and of the commissioning project activity schedule and its integration and synchronization with the construction activities and the project delivery work plan.
• Ensure that the commissioning planning and execution integrates effectively with the construction program.
• Guarantee the on-time handover of the project.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Qualifications/ University Degree or Equivalent Technical Background.
• From 3 up to 5 Years of expertise.
• Italian language: mother-tongue level.
• Good knowledge of English is a plus.

Education/Qualification

Master's Degree (Engineering) or Equivalent Technical Background.

Languages

Fluent in English.
