Objective: The Commis de Cuisine is responsible for assisting and supporting the kitchen brigade in all necessary tasks for all services to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn and memorise ingredients and recipes given from Chef
• Follow instructions according to Chef's directives
• Keep a clean and tidy work station at all times
• Follow recipes according to HACCP guidelines
