Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and professional commis de cuisine/commis chef to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Carry out the preparatory work for creating dishes.
Help prepare dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time.
Help check food items on delivery and tidy them into cold storage.
Keep equipment and work spaces clean and tidy.
Qualifications:
Ideal commis de cuisine candidates should have a culinary degree and/or equivalent experience.
Must have some practical experience working in a kitchen, ideally in a luxury operation.
Basic food hygiene as well as health & safety knowledge.
