Steers procurement activities by combining technical and commercial information, defines budget for procurement, ensures the right commercial terms for subcontractor contracts and takes part in decision-making
Carries out active and passive contact and claim management towards customers, subcontractors and customers
Follows up insurance claim cases
Conducts controlling of actual costs and costs to complete, including review and approval of subcontractor invoices
Contributes to cash-in planning
Prepares commercial report for projects and region
Drafts project closing report and lessons learned
Supports the regional management and the team in commercial aspects of projects
