Position and responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining master data, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date. You will actively engage with customers to clarify any inquiries, providing timely and effective support. You will also collaborate with external collection agencies to efficiently manage outstanding payments. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies, ultimately improving overall productivity. Furthermore, you will build strong relationships across departments to ensure open and effective communication, supporting smooth operations and collaboration.

You could be the perfect candidate if you have

• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of credit control and debt collection processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle customer inquiries professionally
• Good knowledge of English, all additional languages are welcome
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets (or similar tools) for reporting and data analysis
