2. Active contact with the customers to clarify any inquiries
3. Cooperation with the external collection agency
4. Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
5. Building strong relationships across departments to ensure open and effective communication

You are ready for your Transformation if you have…

1. Problem-solving and analytical skills
2. Understanding of credit control and debt collection processes
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle customer inquiries professionally
4. Good knowledge of English, all additional languages are welcome
5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets (or similar tools) for reporting and data analysis
