Coating Engineer (Plant Manager)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coating Engineer (Plant�Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all�coating processes, equipment, machinery, and production, ensuring the highest�standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee All Coating Processes, Equipment, Machinery, and Production: Ensure the�smooth operation of coating processes and equipment, and supervise production�activities.
• Understand Product Characteristics: Familiarize yourself with and understand the�various characteristics and requirements of the products.
• Familiarity with 16949 Standards: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards to�maintain product quality and adherence to regulations.
• Operate SAP and MES Systems: Manage and operate SAP and MES systems for�efficient production management.

Requirements:

• 
  Proficiency in coating-related software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Strong English language skills
• Over 10 years of experience in coating processes
