YOUR MISSION AS CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER:

Your mission: build an inbound lead machine on a global scale, and turn Kolsquare into a unique "Top of Mind" MarTech brand, n°1 in the Influencer Marketing industry.

YOUR SCOPE AS CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER:

Reporting to our CEO, you will be part of the Executive Committee and lead the inbound growth of the company. You will drive the overarching online and offline marketing strategy to foster revenue growth and brand affinity across our different products and markets.

Key Results:

Within 3 months you will have:

  1. Developed an in-depth understanding of our products and markets, and identified primary marketing & communication channels and strategies.
  2. Formulated and presented a strategic marketing plan tailored for the next 12 months, ensuring alignment with company goals, and including at the same level product marketing, awareness and performance.
  3. Successfully orchestrated a new country launch in collaboration with Revenues, and a new feature launch in collaboration with Product.
  4. Conducted a performance assessment of the existing team, implemented optimizations and defined hiring plan.

Within 12 months you will have:

  1. Become an expert in our industry, owning the strategic positioning of our brand, products and markets.
  2. Delivered over the strategic plan you built & kept it adjusted over time to reflect changes in our business and ecosystem.
  3. Achieved a measurable increase in web traffic, demo requests, new business, retention and overall revenue.
  4. Established a clear brand identity for Kolsquare and its products.
  5. Achieved a measurable increase in awareness and brand preference on a global scale (focus Europe).
  6. Built a solid team of strong performers, recognized inside and outside the company for the quality and creativity of their work.
  7. Setup & used frameworks proven to work, for new country launches, but also product/feature launches and cross-department collaboration.

Preferred experience:

  1. 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to the B2B and Social Media space.
  2. Experience in building Marketing and Communication Strategies for a SaaS MarTech/Adtech.
  3. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on.
  4. Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal & communication skills.
  5. Experience in building, leading and inspiring a world-class team.
  6. Proficient understanding of modern marketing channels: Social Media, SEO, Paid, and Community Building.

You can be based anywhere in Europe. Kolsquare is an “on demand” work from home company, with a head office in Paris, France. You will have access to our coworking network Spaces in 400+ cities in the world, and we will gather physically on a monthly and quarterly basis with other Kolsquarians for great team building events.

  5. Interview with 1 to 3 Executive Committee Members.
  6. Reference checks.
