Become part of one of the fastest growing med-tech companies globally. Join Mindray's success story in advancing patient care across Europe. We seek a clinical marketing professional to help enhance our clinical value proposition and drive adoption of our solutions.
As Clinical Marketing Manager for Europe, you will leverage your clinical application expertise to drive three areas of priority: leading our clinical education programs, building compelling evidence that demonstrates the impact of our technology, and nurturing relationships with medical experts across Europe.
You'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between innovative medical technology and practical clinical application. This means developing comprehensive training programs for both our internal teams and healthcare professionals, while also generating the clinical evidence that validates our solutions' effectiveness in real-world settings.

- Ensure all marketing materials are clinically accurate, compliant with regulatory requirements, and effectively convey the clinical value of our solutions.
- Plan and oversee new evidence that supports product value propositions and demonstrates the real-world benefits of our solutions.
- Work with hospitals and medical experts to conduct clinical studies.
- Analyse clinical market trends to strengthen our marketing campaigns.
Clinical Education & Training Leadership:
- Coordination of annual clinical training program, to enable our colleagues and partners to deeply understand the application and clinical value of our products.
- Develop educational materials for both internal teams and external end users.
- Development and maintenance of our European eLearning platform.
- Guide and coach our regional clinical teams in delivering high-quality training at scale.
- Support regional teams with clinical expertise during customer meetings, presentations, product presentation and trainings.
Clinical Advocacy and Promotions:
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for clinical key opinion leaders (KOLs), building and maintaining relationships with influential medical experts across Europe.
- Organize and manage advisory boards, KOL meetings, and clinical symposiums.
- Support the organisation and messaging used at clinical marketing events, product launches, trade shows and congresses.
What are we looking for in you?
Essential Experience:
- A proven track record in marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Ability to analyse clinical data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in clinical or product education delivery.
- History of building relationships with medical experts and healthcare institutions.
- Deep understanding of European healthcare systems and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent English communication skills (additional European languages a plus).
Technical & Business Skills:
- Experience developing content for clinical training programs.
- Experience coordinating medical symposiums and educational events.
- Comfortable working with technical medical equipment.
