Then come and join our global team! We are looking for a passionate Clinical Education Specialist in Magnetic Resonance (MR) reporting to our Education Service Manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality end-user training to customers on the assigned diagnostic imaging via a hybrid approach, onsite or virtual.
- Passionately represent Siemens Healthineers in front of the customer aiming to achieve outstanding customer experience and exceptional customer satisfaction delivering handover and follow-up trainings.
- Support and assist customers to optimize the performance of the equipment in their clinical and operational setting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Demonstrate the value of our products and services during pre-sales and post-sales activities in collaboration with our sales and marketing departments including trades and congresses.
- Collaborate with the commercial department to develop our customer’s needs.
- Develop our education services portfolio in collaboration with the team.
- Track, monitor and develop customer education’s needs expanding and localizing education content.
- Comply with reporting and good documentation practice.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Education: MSc in Biomedical Engineering or Physics or BSc in radiology, diagnostic imaging and radiotherapy techniques.
- Expert knowledge of MRI physics and principles.
- Preferred experience in MRI as a clinical trainer or user.
- Preferably located in the area of Roma or Napoli.

- Willingness to travel in the Italian territory up to 80%.
