Clinical Education Specialist Magnetic Resonance (MR) - Central Italy

Then come and join our global team! We are looking for a passionate Clinical Education Specialist in Magnetic Resonance (MR) reporting to our Education Service Manager.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1. Deliver high quality end-user training to customers on the assigned diagnostic imaging via a hybrid approach, onsite or virtual.
2. Passionately represent Siemens Healthineers in front of the customer aiming to achieve outstanding customer experience and exceptional customer satisfaction delivering handover and follow-up trainings.
3. Support and assist customers to optimize the performance of the equipment in their clinical and operational setting.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
5. Demonstrate the value of our products and services during pre-sales and post-sales activities in collaboration with our sales and marketing departments including trades and congresses.
6. Collaborate with the commercial department to develop our customer’s needs.
7. Develop our education services portfolio in collaboration with the team.
8. Track, monitor and develop customer education’s needs expanding and localizing education content.
9. Comply with reporting and good documentation practice.

Your qualifications and experience:

1. Education: MSc in Biomedical Engineering or Physics or BSc in radiology, diagnostic imaging and radiotherapy techniques.
2. Expert knowledge of MRI physics and principles.
3. Preferred experience in MRI as a clinical trainer or user.
4. Preferably located in the area of Roma or Napoli.
