Job Overview

Role: Client Support Agent

Project: Home Appliances

Languages: Italian (C1 / native) and English (B2)

Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal

Type of Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months)

Training Start Date: 15th January 2025

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00. Sunday and one rotational day off per week.

Your Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests.
3. Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
5. Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

What We're Looking For

1. Proficient in Italian (C1 / native) and English (B2).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
5. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Base Salary: 895 EUR gross / month (14 months).
2. Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR / day (1,908.72 EUR per annum).
3. Transport Allowance: 20 EUR / month (240 EUR per annum).
4. Totaling in: 14,678.72 EUR per annum.
5. Performance Bonus: 100 EUR per month (12 months), (1200 EUR per annum).
