Client Advisor _ Rinascente Firenze

For our corner in la Rinascente Firenze, we are looking for a Client Advisor available to work Part Time.

To provide customers with high-quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage.
2. Assist customers accordingly with the Etro selling ceremony.
3. Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
4. Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies.
6. Establish good group dynamics through efficient communication.
7. Contribute to managing the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines.
8. Help ensure the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise.
9. Follow Company grooming standards, accordingly with Etro policies.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
2. Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
3. Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude.
4. Ability to adapt to different customers.
5. Team-playing attitude.
6. Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
7. Fluent in English. Another language is a plus.
