Antonio Marras arrives at fashion almost by chance in 1987. He debuts in Milan with the collection that bears his name in 1999. From the beginning, he is recognized for his experiments and his ability to narrate the different realities around him, creating fusions between art, music, dance, theater, and cinema, his great passion.
Remaining impossible to classify as a pure stylist, and favoring the dialogue between haute couture and RTW, Antonio Marras remains unique in his genre, applying his personal vision to all the fields he investigates.
Fashion is, for him, a link between all other languages, a terrain of free expression, a new alphabet that, in his own way, he uses to dialogue with the world and, at the same time, express his own.
Strongly tied to his homeland, Antonio makes it his strength and his inexhaustible source of research and inspiration. Among the key elements of Marras' style are: meticulous attention to craftsmanship, the search for innovation of new materials, and the reworking of universal concepts. The "ligazzio rubio", which in Sardinian means "red thread", is the unmistakable sign of the maison. A true "fil rouge", a thread of passion that unites all his creations.

For the new opening in Bari, we are looking for a client advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers by promoting the brand culture and conveying the spirit of Antonio Marras; being a client advisor means being a Brand Ambassador for the brand;
• Finalizing store sales objectives, constantly monitoring KPIs, and using appropriate techniques for effective sales (with particular attention to up-selling and cross-selling);
• Ensuring the correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent customer service (pre and post-sale);
• Collecting and updating customer information, as well as purchase history, to develop a relevant customer portfolio that allows understanding their needs and purchasing attitudes;
• Contributing to creating a positive work atmosphere and a team based on sharing know-how and best practices;
• Following visual merchandising guidelines;
• Ensuring proper restocking and effective management of warehouse stock.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector;
• Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and strong sensitivity to the product;
• Excellent sales skills and goal orientation;
• Fluent knowledge of the English language; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus;
• The profile is completed by flexibility, dynamism, teamwork skills, as well as excellent relational skills, curiosity, and initiative.
