Position

• Read all contractual documentation
• Define the civil activities according to the contractual SOW
• Tendering BOQ calculation and check, also evaluating the total cost according to PRC instruction
• Create the civil scope of work, and DOW if any
• Support the civil technical coordinator to pass all information necessary to start the project
• Make meeting with the Client in bid phase
• Modify the Chapter 5 and 6 of civil works if necessary according to special condition of supply
• Make meeting with the Contractor with the support of the purchase department to explain technically all clarification relevant to the main civil items in the BOQ.
• Chapter 5 and 6 of civil works implementation during the different bids

Requirements

• Education: Italian civil engineer or quantity surveyor
• Experience and seniority: 3 years in quantity management and management of civil works
• Technical skills: knowledge of all civil works: concrete and steel structures, underground, etc.
• Soft skills: ability of team work and also ability to work with civil engineering supplier
• Tools/software: Microsoft
• Percentage of business trips: 30%
• Full command of English
