More information on the role As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) you will:

1. Oversee and coordinate all workstreams related to product development, ensuring alignment across teams.
2. Lead the enhancement of Valueize’s products.
3. Define and execute the long-term tech vision in alignment with business goals.
4. Own and evolve the system architecture and infrastructure decisions.
5. Lead, grow, and mentor the engineering team (currently 5 members).
6. Work closely with the CEO to scale the product and company.
7. Contribute directly to the codebase, especially in early stages.

Desired Experience

1. Proven experience as CTO or tech lead in the Saa S industry and within a startup (min 3+ years).
2. Track Record of Building and Scaling Products.
3. Strong background with deep expertise in Python (Fast API), React, Typescript, Kubernetes, Postgre SQL, Docker, Mongo DB.
4. Solid understanding of scalable architectures, cloud infrastructure, and devops practices.
5. Leadership skills and experience managing remote engineering teams.
6. Product-oriented mindset and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
7. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally.
8. Previous experience in a startup or 0-to-1 product journey is a big plus.
9. Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.

Commitment and set up

1. Full time.
2. Contract type: Freelancer contract.
3. Compensation: 3.5 K-5 K per month + potential equity + bonuses (based on experience).
4. Time period: At least 9 months, with potential for extension and role growth.
5. Location: Fully remote.
