Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for motivated CTOs for our new startups to be responsible for the technical development of our solutions. You will be building and maintaining scalable and reliable architecture and backlog, leading the technical direction of new startups. You’ll have the chance to build your own tech team, working closely with Startup Bakery's operating team as well. In fact, the Technology Department in Startup Bakery will provide support in all product strategy implementations, structures, and key decision-making processes. Being in a flexible and fast-changing environment, you will play a critical role in taking strategic choices and will feel the impact of these choices right away, having the opportunity to actively participate in the success of our startups and achievement of our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for platform development and technical direction, contributing to the development of our core algorithms.
2. Be responsible for all the product key technical decisions.
3. Coordinate the tech team and third-party agencies for software development.
4. Work closely with the CEO and the board to identify risks and opportunities.
5. Liaise and collaborate with the Technology Department team in Startup Bakery.
6. Be accountable for supporting the hiring of potential technical members and engineers.
