Qualifications:

• Food & Hygiene certification
• STCW
• ENG 1

Requirements:

• Lead and manage the interior team
• Charter experience
• Knowledge of cocktails and wine
• Deliver high standard charter service
• Maintain inventory, provisioning, and interior organization
• Oversee all guest operations
