Our client is a multinational company based in Perugia, with a view to improving the internal organisation of processes, has entrusted us with the selection of a Chief Engineer. Reporting hierarchically to the Board of Directors and the Plant Manager, this profile will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and governance of functional system projects within the Engineering & Development (E&D) department.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for efficient operations.
2. Supervision: Oversee daily operations and manage engineering teams.
3. Maintenance: Ensure all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and operational.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years in yacht engineering.
2. Y3 certification is mandatory.
3. Experience in new builds preferable; experience in charter operations is a plus.
