We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally organized Chief of Staff to support the CEO and executive team at Unobravo. This role is crucial in ensuring that strategic initiatives and projects are executed efficiently and that internal processes are continuously improved. The Chief of Staff will coordinate key projects, manage internal and external communications, and provide strategic support to the CEO.

This role is mandatorily required to be located in Milan or to be willing to relocate. Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates who don’t fit these requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Coordination of Specific Projects: Responsible for managing the company-wide OKR process, including ensuring quarterly objectives are set (and are of a high quality), verifying the achievement of objectives, managing the communication, meetings and updates related, and optimizing the process over time.
  2. Board of Directors work: Prepare and update materials for the board deck and other needs related to the BoD, including regular updates, communications and presentations for investors.
  3. Leadership Team Support: Responsible for coordinating the Executive Team and Extended Leadership Team of the company, including preparation of meeting agendas, support preparation of materials, leading projects and ensuring the leadership team works smoothly and receives support to optimize their work and reach their goals.
  4. Special projects: Identify and support any other special projects as required depending on company needs.
  1. Support to the CEO: Work closely with the CEO to provide strategic support on company projects and initiatives, company culture initiatives, events, leadership meeting coordination and other depending on company needs.
  2. Investor Updates: Manage communications and regular updates with investors, ensuring continuous transparency, alignment and a solid relationship.
  1. Monitoring and Improvement of Business Processes: Identify areas for improvement in business processes and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of new processes and practices within the organization, ensuring a smooth transition.
  1. Management of Internal Communications: Organize and manage regular company-wide meetings, ensuring clear, transparent and inclusive communication with all employees.
  2. Organizational Communication: Collaborate with the people team to develop and implement effective communication strategies to improve information flow across the organization.
  3. Leadership Effectiveness: Ensure all executive meetings are optimally effective, with relevant topics prioritized, and facilitate decision-making processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably with a fast-growing tech company or within strategy/management consulting.
  • Experience in hyper growth companies is preferred.
  • Experience in consultancy firm is preferred.
  • MBA, or previous experience as a Chief of Staff not required, but would be an advantage.
  • High level strategic thinking to support company’s strategy and leadership team in making important decisions and achieve goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills, superb project management skills.
  • Excellent command of English language, Italian not mandatory but appreciated.
  • Well-organized: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, anticipating organizational challenges, and taking the initiative to address them.
