Job title: Chef de Partie
Reports directly to: Executive Chef
Overall Job Purpose
As a chef de partie, you will oversee a section of the kitchen, such as pastry, sauces, or vegetables. Your role is to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in achieving the highest standards of food production.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a comparable property with sizeable meeting and events spaces.
