Studies focusing on the integration of clinical, biochemical and genomic features of Klebsiella Pneumoniae (KP) isolates from blood to predict the outcome are scarce. The aim of this project is to find crucial marks among clinical, biochemical, virulent factors able to predict an adverse outcome for patients with BSIs caused by KP. The purpose is the developing of a novel machine learning-based experimental model by integrating clinical, biochemical and antimicrobial susceptibility data with genomic ones.
