YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a CHANEL Trade Marketing & E-Retail Assistant to support the CHANEL EYEWEAR Brand Manager in the execution of Brand Visibility plans across global distribution. The candidate will actively participate in the development of key projects to elevate the Brand Experience for final consumers, following an omnichannel approach including both POS and Online touchpoints of our resellers to ensure consistency across channels.
The candidate should have a strong ability to handle multiple tasks at once and meet strict deadlines, and should easily adapt to different stakeholders within both internal and external environments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1 - POS and Online Seasonal visibility
Support the Seasonal visibility roll-out in POS and across the Digital / Social / CRM initiatives of our customers, with specific attention on E-Retail channel, in compliance with the Licensor guidelines.
2 - POS Permanent brand visibility
Help coordinate the planning and execution of POS Permanent brand visibility projects, collaborating with both markets and the Licensor, and be in charge of periodic reporting to track progress on plan. Activities will include both permanent tailor-made personalizations and permanent massive materials roll-out. Support in the collection of markets needs, submission of projects to the Licensor, coordination of productions with vendors and Supply Chain, tracking of projects and set-up reporting.
3 - Collection Training
In collaboration with the Licensor, contribute to the development of the Collections training tools to support Markets sales teams upon each Collection launch and expand the Brand and Product culture across our resellers to deliver the best experience during the purchasing journey of the final consumer.
