Job Description

We're seeking an experienced French Team Leader to join our Italian call center team. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee daily activities, ensuring high performance metrics are met through motivation, coaching, and accountability. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a talented team of call center associates, guiding them to achieve excellence every day.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  3. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting creativity and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in call center leadership or management.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  3. Fluent in French (C1 or above) and Italian, with a solid command of English (B1).
  4. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and process improvement.
