C1 OPS Integration Specialist M&A

JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.

The Operations M&A C1 Integration Specialist performs key tasks of the Master Data Management integration on mergers and acquisitions, specific to C1. These roles can be located in different regions where JAS has an office. This role involves working closely with the Global Project Manager and key stakeholders from each department to complete MDM project tasks on time.

Responsibilities:

1. Discovery documentation
2. Identification and exportation of legacy system master data related to Organizations/Addressbook and Reference files
3. Analytics of Legacy Master Data, including existing automation and related integrations
4. Gap Analysis, including risk management and Master Data related Operational processes (DPS etc)
5. Collaborate with Operational subject matter experts and key stakeholders from all departments
6. Define all MDM tasks in granular detail for the Project Manager to include in the project plan
7. Document MDM Requirements for IT data mapping
8. Perform initial c1 testing and ensure successful UAT signoff by local management
9. Produce supplemental local MDM training documentation if required
10. Provide Project Manager with realistic operational task timeline estimations for accurate project planning
11. Communicate MDM task status periodically to Project Manager
12. Communicate Ops specific topics/instructions to Operations Integration Expert in alignment with Operations Shared Services
13. Perform c1 Master Data Management Training
14. Ensure local Ops staff is practicing and able to perform all c1 MDM functions in Test system
15. Manage risk by publishing and communicating MDM issues logs
16. Provide go live hypercare support

Requirements:

1. Degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
2. MBA or Masters in Finance or International Business.
3. Professional certification in Project Management.
4. Minimum of 2 years in Project Management.
5. Minimum of 2 years in International work.
6. Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
7. Minimum of 5 years in Logistics and Freight Forwarding.
8. Minimum of 5 years working with CargoWise C1.
9. Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong understanding of System integration aspects using WiseTech CargoWise c1 software.
2. Excellent understanding of c1 Master Data, Operational and Finance procedures.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
