Boeing Italy is currently hiring a Business Strategy and Government Affairs Specialist for Italy & Southern Europe based out of Rome.
The position reports directly to the Managing Director for Italy & Southern Europe and works closely with the Business Units leaders and other functions of the organization across the Enterprise.
The position plays a critical role in the design, development and execution of the company’s globalization strategy and business plans in Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, etc.) as well as in managing and growing relations with stakeholders across the Region.
This position is onsite, based in our Rome office. The selected candidate will be required to perform the activities based in the primary location of the job posting, and the role may also require working outside of standard hours during the week (e.g. representing Boeing at government-related events) and the occasional weekend (e.g. at airshows). The applicant must be prepared to occasionally travel in-country, as well as internationally.
Work Authorisation:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Italy. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in Italy. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants.
Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Typical Education/Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
