As our Business Planning Manager, you'll partner with the Business Director and local leadership team to develop strategic business processes and procedures, driving our growth and success.

You'll support effective business planning, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving environment. We're looking for someone with a strong financial understanding, a passion for continuous improvement, and a desire to deeply understand team operations and their strategic alignment. About the role

• Perform and manage complex and sensitive planning projects, research, and analysis
• Advise the Business Director on Business Planning and Performance matters, delivering insights to drive growth
• Serve as a liaison with the management team to ensure the delivery and execution of Business Plans
• Participate in budget preparation and administration, monitor and control expenditure to drive EBITDA
• Support the planning, development, and execution of Strategic Business Reviews to improve sales performance
• Formulate partnerships across teams to deliver value-added services to management and employees
• Provide market intelligence to assess new brands, trends, guest profiles, and services that could drive growth
• Manage and develop local business analysts, focusing on team building and enhancing overall skillset and preparedness

Role requirements

• Strong background in financial analysis and reporting measures.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel but also other financial modelling techniques.
• Demonstrates leadership and ownership skills.
• Demonstrates preparedness, institutes measurement strategies, and responds to project-related problems. Shifting approach in response to the demands of a changing situation.
• Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Able to work well with all levels across the business
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
