You'd be a part of a highly diverse team of 46 people internationally located across Europe and Vietnam. This role will be an integral part of the Global Data Platform services team and oriented towards our future core competencies.

Your Tasks:

• Collect and organize requirements and ideas to turn data into actionable insights to drive strategical (management) decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to understand data models and schemas, identify required data sources, and define how the data should be structured and delivered.
• Take responsibility for the conception, realization and maintenance of BI reports and analyses.
• Set up various evaluations, analyses and reports and develop them further according to the stakeholder requirements.
• Continuously improve the methods and technologies used.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of IT or economics with a specialization in statistics or completion of comparable training.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar field.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and access, along with confident expertise in BI tools like Power BI; familiarity with DAX queries and measures is a plus.
• A solid grasp of working with data, visualization principles and designing dashboards that are both visually engaging and focused on delivering clear insights.
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working is part of your basic repertoire.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
