Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Excellence Technician located in Columbia, SC.

Shift: 1st Shift 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri

What a typical day looks like:

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Support lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3.
2. Support in designing and building workstations, supermarket racks, benches, trolleys, etc.
3. Familiar with and able to use Moonshine tools and machines effectively.
4. Ensure good 5S in the work area.
5. Implement identified best practices timely.
6. Prepare and upload completed kaizen projects in the BE online systems.
7. Maintain and update various indicators on the lean gallery and other defined locations.

Qualifications:

1. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training, or equivalent experience.
2. Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
