We are currently partnering with a global leader within the primary packaging markets that services a range of premium market segments, such as fragrance, beauty, personal care, and homecare.

The business has over employees and manufacturing across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia, supporting a wide range of global and local customers with an expansive range of innovative packaging solutions.

The opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Sales, this new appointment will take responsibility for winning and developing customers within the Italian markets across a range of key market segments.

We’re looking for an ambitious business development manager, who is looking for career development into leadership alongside being able to actively influence in product market strategy.

Key Requirements

1. Great understanding across one or more of the key markets (homecare, personal care, and beauty).
2. Experience in sales, technical sales, product management, or procurement.
3. Strong analytical capabilities to manage and evaluate large amounts of data.
4. Potential and ambition to grow and develop into a future leadership position.
