In this Business Controller Specialist role you will:

1. Accountable for Actual, Forecast and Budget site/customer profitability monitoring;
2. Manage monthly profitability reports;
3. Drive Country agenda for Low Performing Margin Customers: distribute reports, set up monthly calls, share minutes and BUs action plans, updating progress;
4. Focus on Country Profitability (site and customer);
5. Monitor Country start-up performance addressing eventual issues;
6. Update Country status of idle capacity sharing info among BUs;
7. Perform Country ad hoc profitability analysis;
8. Work in collaboration with sector controller, Ops Exc and BUs manager, following input of the Country controller.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

1. Master's degree in Finance / Economics / Business Administration;
2. At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
3. Experience in controlling of cost center or profit center;
4. Fluent in English;
5. No direct reports and open to work in a team.
