Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Business Controller to join KIKO Milano’s Planning and Control Team. This talent will be a key finance partner, providing guidance, insights, and analysis to support the organization with decision making and achieving strategic and budget targets. The mission of the Business Controller is to help the Senior Business Controller Coordinator in the planning and controlling activities by delivering solid forecasts, insightful reports, and analysis, telling the story behind the numbers of the Digital and Franchising channels.

In particular, you will:

1. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Digital and Franchising Channel;
2. Consolidate the local market figures to provide a full overview of the business;
3. Partner with Digital and Franchising directors to manage, forecast, and reach sales targets, identifying potential risks and opportunities for revenue growth;
4. Prepare accurate financial reports explaining variances of actual vs forecast for each channel/partner;
5. Be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and reliable information which supports and shapes our strategic direction;
6. Work closely with the Digital and Franchising department in providing relevant financial information to support their key strategic initiatives, evaluating new business opportunities.

What you will need to succeed:

1. 4-5 years’ experience in a Planning Control department (Digital/Franchising company or Cosmetics brand is a plus);
2. Master's Degree in Economics or equivalent;
3. Top-class spreadsheet modelling skills (advanced Excel and Power BI) – SAP experience is advantageous;
4. Proficient in English;
5. TAGETIK knowledge is a plus;
6. Strong motivation, passion for the job, strong leadership, results-driven.
