Responsibilities

The goal is to implement our software at our clients' companies and deliver tailor-made training.

What does this mean?

• Variety: Work on different clients' projects at the same time; no time to get bored as each project is different (industry, scope, etc.)!
• High Responsibility: Get quickly involved in your first projects from the very beginning with support from experienced colleagues.
• Autonomy: Progressively increase your level of autonomy while collaborating with colleagues.
• Growth: Learn a lot!

Project Implementation (80%)

• Gain the trust of your clients.
• Analyze the client's needs and suggest solutions.
• Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development) at the client's company.
• Train your customers and help them become Odoo Champions.
• Follow the project and communicate about its status and ongoing tasks.
• Organize and follow up Odoo implementations.
• Help & coach our partners to implement their customers' projects and become Odoo Experts.

Internal Improvement (20%)

• Provide feedback to the Product Owners.
• Coaching & Training.
• Feedback for department improvement.

MUST HAVE

• Fluent in Italian (C1 / C2) and English.
• 0 to 5 years of experience.
• Ability to learn fast & multitask.
• Good communication / negotiation skills.
• Autonomous, assertive & proactive.
• Affinity with the IT world.
• Valid work permit in Italy.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in management software implementation.
• Certification from a recognized organization (APICS, CFA, etc.).
• Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS).
• Experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply chain, Manufacturing, e-commerce, Marketing.
