Responsibilities
The goal is to implement our software at our clients' companies and deliver tailor-made training.
What does this mean?
- Variety: Work on different clients' projects at the same time; no time to get bored as each project is different (industry, scope, etc.)!
- High Responsibility: Get quickly involved in your first projects from the very beginning with support from experienced colleagues.
- Autonomy: Progressively increase your level of autonomy while collaborating with colleagues.

Project Implementation (80%)
- Gain the trust of your clients.
- Analyze the client's needs and suggest solutions.
- Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development) at the client's company.
- Train your customers and help them become Odoo Champions.
- Follow the project and communicate about its status and ongoing tasks.
- Organize and follow up Odoo implementations.
- Help & coach our partners to implement their customers' projects and become Odoo Experts.
Internal Improvement (20%)
- Provide feedback to the Product Owners.
- Coaching & Training.
- Feedback for department improvement.
MUST HAVE
- Fluent in Italian (C1 / C2) and English.
- 0 to 5 years of experience.
- Ability to learn fast & multitask.
- Good communication / negotiation skills.
- Autonomous, assertive & proactive.
- Affinity with the IT world.
- Valid work permit in Italy.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in management software implementation.
- Certification from a recognized organization (APICS, CFA, etc.).
- Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS).
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply chain, Manufacturing, e-commerce, Marketing.
