About the job
In this exciting role, you will work under the direct supervision of the Head of Global Communication. The purpose of this role is to refine and maintain a consistent brand voice and style that align with the brand strategy across all PR-led communications, ensuring clarity and impact in both written content and speaking points.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Drafting and refining PR releases for product launches, events, and campaigns to ensure impactful and engaging communication.
  2. Developing compelling and strategically aligned quotes for the Creative Director, CEO, and key executives to enhance brand messaging.
  3. Crafting well-structured talking points and speeches for interviews and events, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the brand's voice.
  4. Composing thoughtful and articulate written responses for interviews, effectively conveying key messages and brand positioning.
  5. Working closely with the PR, Product Marketing, Copy, Corporate Communications, and Sustainability teams to ensure unified and consistent messaging across all projects and initiatives.

About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  1. University degree with a focus on writing, journalism, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
  3. Native-level English proficiency (C2).
  4. Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the subject matter and spokesperson.
  5. Excellent multitasking skills, handling multiple writing assignments simultaneously and swiftly adapting to urgent topics as needed.
  6. Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively across multiple functions.
  7. Experience in journalism is an advantage.
  8. Experience in team coordination with a strong ability to guide and motivate.
