BACK OFFICE - PENSION FUNDS

The role will provide operational support to the execution of activities related to pension product third pillar and Unit Linked.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting employers by email or phone call regarding pension plan contributions and employer portal.
• Providing support to clients by email concerning the customer portal.
• Liaising with IT provider for transaction inquiries and reports for COVIP, Agenzia delle Entrate, Distributor, and internal stakeholders.
• Providing reconciliation of the contributions.
• Activating the process of liquidation (full and partial).
• Operational support to the Distributor at both point of sale and post-sale.
• Support on inquiries from Responsible of the Fund.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience (e.g. 3 years) in bank office activities within life insurances or pension fund companies.
• Good knowledge of Unit Linked and pension product third pillar.
• Ability to identify areas for improvements and suggest solutions.
• Ability to balance different priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to details.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
