Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Back Office Employee located in Livorno. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for back office operations, communication with stakeholders, customer service, quality-related tasks, and supporting sales and purchasing activities.

Qualifications

• Back Office Operations and Customer Service skills
• Communication skills
• Foreign languages knowledge (fluent italian and english mandatory)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of the piping industry is a plus but not essential
