As a B2B Solutions Consultant with Italian and English, you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

1. Assist businesses with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, and chat
2. Only B2B (business to business) communication
3. Deliver outstanding client service
4. Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
5. Identify and understand user needs

As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in Italian, have good communication skills in English, and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in technology.
