We are currently looking for an ASSOCIATE - FUND & ASSET MANAGEMENT: in this role, you will contribute to managing high-profile assets and funds, driving key initiatives in development, financing, leasing, and ESG integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and refine business plans annually for the Board of Directors (BoD), conduct financial analysis and sensitivities on business plans to support, validate, and drive management decisions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal governance stakeholders, including Investment Committees and BoD, using Excel financial analyses and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with COIMA REM on development projects to oversee planning phases, monitor approved budgets, and evaluate financial impacts based on technical assumptions.
  • Support financing activities, including structuring, negotiations with banks, covenant monitoring, and obligation compliance.
  • Assist in leasing contract negotiations, providing financial impact analyses on business plans.
  • Evaluate potential asset disposal scenarios, including structuring new investment vehicles.
  • Analyze potential investment opportunities, market trends, and macroeconomic contexts to inform business strategies.
  • Monitor ESG key performance indicators and work with the sustainability team to update COIMA metrics for managed funds.
  • Partner with the finance department to manage equity drawdowns and monitor budgets.
  • Prepare and deliver risk reports, investor reports, and other financial updates.

Education, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • University degree in Economics, Financial Markets, or Real Estate Management.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in the real estate or financial sectors, particularly in asset management, development projects, tenant management, leasing, and financing.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with a strong quantitative aptitude.
  • Solid understanding of legal frameworks, including by-laws, side letters, and term sheets.
  • ESG awareness and advocacy, focusing on sustainability metrics and SFDR framework.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with automated reporting and data analysis solutions.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to educate and share knowledge within the organization.
