Job Description:

The Petra Segreta Resort & Spa is among the most popular gourmet destinations on the Costa Smeralda.

The hotel offers two restaurants: Il Fuoco Sacro, awarded a Star by the MICHELIN Guide 2023, and the Osteria del Mirto, for a more informal ambience and service.

Five hectares of scrub and wind-smoothed granite surround the two restaurants and the lounge La Terrazza, an open-air lounge where, before and after sunset, the best Sardinian and national labels are tasted accompanied by the chef's small specialities.

Different environments, but with a single philosophy in the kitchen: the highest quality and freshness of ingredients, respect for seasonality and use of products from the resort's organic garden and farm to be interpreted with respect by the creativity of Luigi Bergeretto.
